We are pleased to receive an offer from Australia’s local company SUSHITRAIN to plan and design a restaurant for the Australia’s tourist resort Golden Coast. They have checked our website and requested this offer.

The area is about 330 SQM with divided space of drink bar,lounge, iron plate grill, sushi space, and VIP room.The building materials of large stainless wine cellar,stone counter, and the glass table will all be produced and imported from Japan.

This restaurant lies at the ground floor of a hotel located in one of the biggest tourist spot in Australia, Gold Coast. In Japanese, Ten means Heaven and also the universe relative to the Earth.

Since time immemorial, Japanese artists and craftsmen have been creating uncountable art works regarding the infinite universe using various techniques. In other words, Ten, the infinite universe, is the main theme running through the Japanese space design from the ancient periods.

Inside dining space, round mirrors reminiscent of the Japanese flag on the stone walls give a feeling of floating out of a noble, dignified ambience. In addition, we applied a Japanese classic way of garden architecture using cobble to express a stream of water.

Ten Restaurant has recently been awarded the top prize in the awards organised by Gold Coast Magazine and also won the fine dining award. gold coast magazine is a magazine frequented by readers with relatively high incomes. Every year, readers vote for the best restaurants on the Gold Coast in 20 different categories. In less than six months since we opened, Ten was nominated in six categories and received the FINE DINING and Supreme Award, the highest award in all categories. The awards ceremony was held at the Versace Hotel, which is a very high-profile award in the restaurant industry and has a lot to do with future sales. It’s a great award and I’m very proud of it. I truly believe that it is thanks to Matsuya that we were able to receive such an award in less than six months.
