Workflow

How does it work?

Below is an example of how we can turn your project ideas into reality. The plan varies and we can discuss the best way for both of us to collaborate. Please be aware that in this scenario, the plan only includes our design services. You will need to find a third-party contractor for the construction part. In case you are looking for a total solution, including construction services, we can also advice depending on the location.

Please be aware that this service includes ONLY desin solutions. If you don't know the constcution company, please contact to our Local Agent, Ryosei.

After reaching an agreement, we sign the design contract.

  • 5

    Design proposal

We develop an adequate design proposition, produce the layout plans and 3D computer graphic images. This will be followed by either a live online or an email presentation.

The process continues through a number of meetings and emails necessary to respond to the client’s reserves, further requests, and details.
